Our Key Staff

Dr Dikshita Padalkar is a Labour Economist specializing in Industrial Restructuring in the Clothing and Textile Industry. She holds a PhD from the University of Mumbai (1998), backed by a distinguished academic record.
She has led teams in conducting various Strategy and Impact Studies. She was the Director, Research at Mancosa and set up the Research Department there. She has vast teaching ,skill development and quality assurance experience in India and South Africa in educational institutions and NGO’s.
She is Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and French. An avid hiker who has done the Everest Base Camp, she looks forward to doing it again.

Atul Padalkar specializes in Entrepreneurship Development and International Business. He holds a B.Sc in Chemistry and Masters in Management Studies in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
He has worked in the past in Advertising, FMCG Marketing and International Marketing with leading Multinational Companies. He is a visiting faculty at various Business Schools in the area of Entrepreneurship. He facilitates Trade and Investment Projects for Government Institutions.
He has taken up Golf recently, and is working on it.
